Her mission: “Through Awareness, Inspiration, and Determination, anyone can Prosper—at work and play.”

My journey began at my parent’s CPA firm while pursuing a degree in mathematics. Early on, I realized my passion lies in mapping a path forward, rather than recording the past. Throughout my career, I discovered that I have the heart of a teacher and the ability to simplify complex concepts and create a clear path to our long-term goals.I also thrive on tackling projects that lead to meaningful outcomes. As a fiduciary investment advisor, working with plan sponsors and employees has been an incredibly rewarding experience. My goal is to contribute materially to my clients in helping their employees become the lender rather than the borrower.
I serve as your plan advocate, working closely with their outside plan providers to maximize the value of those partnerships. As a trusted liaison, I help clients leverage services like administrative support, financial wellness programs and education. From resolving issues and renegotiating fees to conducting RFP when necessary, my goal is to ensure my clients get the most out of their provider relationships.
Additionally, I provide a 401(k) concierge service to employees where we go to them rather than forcing them to come to us.Â
Over the years, I have worked with many organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. However, most of my clients are within mid- to large-sized organizations, with 50 - 5,000 employees. These include non-profit, for-profits, private firms, publicly traded companies, and public institutions. I enjoy partnering with organizations that want their employees to succeed, while not taking on any undue liability from regulations or above-market expenses.
Seeing their employees improve their financial success and achieve their goals fills me with so much joy and excitement. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch individuals grow more confident in managing their finances and building towards a brighter future for themselves and their families!
I am an experienced fiduciary investment advisor/manager. I specialize in guiding plan sponsors and employees through bull and bear markets alike. I focus on designing plans that help employees thrive. I also help minimize regulatory risks by keeping the retirement plan committee informed of the many safe harbors available through the IRS and DOL.
In today’s environment, we have to do more with less. Savvy is a game-changer here. Savvy is redefining what modern, tech-enabled institutional investment management looks like. In my opinion, Savvy is not only solving today’s challenges, but is setting the standard for tomorrow. This is extremely refreshing and motivating! The expertise and collaboration at Savvy is impressive, showing a real commitment to teamwork and endeavoring for great results. On top of that, Savvy provides investment management and highlights dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial challenges with confidence and ease.Savvy's technology greatly boosts my productivity through task automation, it also gives me access to extensive information resources to build the right portfolios for my clients, and it allows for seamless communication with my clients.
I help develop a strategy for workforce retirement benefits with the resources available. I do this by evaluating the competitiveness of the organization's retirement plan compared to specific competitors, industry and/or employer size. For employees, I design plans that require little to no action on their part. My goal is to help them recognize the important benefits provided by their employer.
